液态氧化法改性UHMWPE纤维表面的研究

摘    要:基于近几年科研工作者们对超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维表面改性的探究,提炼出4种液态氧化法改性UHMWPE纤维表面。通过扫描电镜观察分析了改性前后纤维的表面形貌,用红外光谱分析了改性前后纤维表面含氧基团的变化,并测试了纤维的断裂强力及单丝拔出力的变化等情况,对应用最为广泛的4种液态氧化改性方法进行研究分析,进而推选出液态氧化法中更为合理有效的改性组合。同时,为以后UHMWPE纤维及其他高性能纤维的改性及复合材料的制备提供一定的参考。

The Research of Liquid Oxidation on UHMWPE Fiber Surface

Abstract:Based on the research of UHMWPE fiber surface modification in recent years, four kinds ofliquid oxidation methods which applied widely are researched and analyzed. SEM is used to observe andanalyze the surface microtopography of fiber before and after modification, FTIR is used to analyze theoxygen-containing groups of the modified fiber, the fiber mechanical properties and bonding performanceare tested, a more reasonable and effective liquid oxidation modified combination is chosen. In themeanwhile, a certain reference will be provided for the modification of UHMWPE fiber and other highperformance fiber, and also useful for the preparation of composite materials.
