摘    要:气井动态优化配产改变了传统意义上的静态配产计算过程,减小了对生产数据的依赖,可以减少人为因素造成的配产不当和规划错误,使配产更具有普遍意义。文章以较成熟的气井动态分析为基础,考虑了生产时间对地层压力、气体性质以及井底积液、地层垮塌、最小经济产量和计划产量等外在因素对气井合理产量的影响,建立了井筒内流体流动的数学模型并实现了井筒内流体压降变化的计算机仿真;建立了气井最大的日配产量、最长稳产年限、最大可采出量3个优化配产模型。实例分析说明通过所建立的优化配产模型所获得的配产量是整个系统的最优产量,能满足气井长期稳产的要求,配产方法对实际生产具有指导意义。

Abstract:Optimized production allocation with gas well performance changes the traditional static production-allocating calculation process, reduces relying on the production data, decreases the improper production allocation and program mistakes caused by human error and makes the production allocation more feasible. Based on the mature performance analysis of gas wells, considering the effect of production time on the formation pressure and gas property as well as the effect of the external factors such as bottom-hole gathering liquid, wall sloughing, minimum economic production and planned production on the reasonable production, the mathematic model of fluid flowing in the bore-hole is established and the emulation of fluid pressure-drop variation is made by computer. Also, 3 optimized production-allocating models are set up for the maximum daily allocating production of gas wells, the longest stable producing life, and the largest accumulative production. Real case analysis shows the production allocated by the optimized allocating models is the optimal one in the whole system, which can meet the requirement of long stable production for gas wells. The production-allocating method has guiding significance for practice.
