汽轮机叶片振动非接触测量的研究

摘    要:
提出了用非接触间断相位测量法来建立叶片动态测量的数学模型,研究开发了汽轮机叶片动态监测实验系统,包括叶尖定时传感器和转速同步传感器,动态模拟实验装置。通过动态实验验证了该系统对汽轮机高速旋转叶片振动检测的可行性。

Abstract:
In this paper,the inspecting system of steam turbine blades is founded according as the mathematical model of dynamic data measuring on steam turbine blades by discontinuous phase method. A high accuracy system of vibration measurement on rotational blade has been developed in this dissertation including tip - timing sensors,rev - synchronization sensors and dynamic simulant experimental set. The feasibility of the vibration measurement on turbine high speed rotational blade by the system is validated by means of making the experimental analysis of sensors and data.
