摘    要:为保证电站设备安全、可靠地运行,针对变电站控制室的基础环境现状,提出建设变电站绿色电源中心的构想,对变电站控制室的设备基础电源环境、设备运行外部环境实行整体设计、综合管理、集中监控。介绍了绿色电源中心的具体实施方案,并以2个110kV变电站的改造工程为例说明大规模推广绿色电源中心是可行的,其可用性、可维护性、灵活性、节能性均较高。

Abstract:To enable safe and reliable operation of substation equipment,and in view of the basic environmental status of substation control room,the conception of constructing substation green power center is proposed,which carries out overall design,comprehensive management and centralized supervisory control on basic power environment of substation control room equipment and external environment of equipment operation.Specific implementation scheme of green power center is described.The reconstruction of two 110 kV substations show the high feasibility,usability,maintainability,flexibility and energy-saving performance of promoting green power centers extensively.
