摘    要:设计了诱导结晶反应器并进行了回收磷的试验,研究了进水流速、曝气量和晶种投加量对反应器运行的影响。结果表明:结晶反应器内的流态接近完全混合流态,采用底部加药的方式对反应器除磷效果的影响较小;在进水流量为3~15 L/h的条件下,适宜的曝气量为500 L/h,最佳晶种投加量为62.5 g/L,反应器的除磷率可达45%以上。

Abstract:An induced crystallizer was designed to recover phosphorus from phosphorus-rich supernatant.Operation parameters of the fluidized induced crystallizer such as inlet velocity,aeration rate and seed load were investigated.The results show a mixing flow pattern in the crystallizer,which suggests that injecting precipitant from the bottom of the crystallizer has little effect on phosphorus removal.The suitable experimental conditions are: the influent flow is 3 to 15 L/h,the aeration rate is 500 L/h,and the see...
