基于信息熵的多值属性系统诊断策略优化方法

诊断策略问题是系统测试和诊断技术中的一个关键问题,并已被证明是NP问题.目前已有的大部分研究都是针对二值属性系统的,而多值属性系统的诊断策略研究较少.针对多值属性系统诊断策略优化问题,研究了多值属性系统的相关性矩阵模型和信息熵理论,根据在故障诊断树的建立过程中应优先选择提供信息量大,测试费用小的测试点的原则,建立了基于信息熵的多值属性系统诊断策略优化方法,给出了具体的计算步骤.实例计算结果和算法分析表明,此方法和最优算法相比,可大大减小计算时间,而且得到期望费用相差较小,可用于复杂多值属性系统的诊断策略设计.
