| 摘 要： | 油菜籽细胞壁的显微结构与其他油料有明显不同.油菜籽散体的密度、摩擦因数、弹性模量和泊松比以及渗透性和吸附性等物理特性对油料的输送和压榨均有直接或间接的影响.根据油菜籽的这些固有特性,选择适宜的预处理方法和压榨工艺对改善油脂的提取效率具有实际意义.

| Abstract: | The cell wall structure of rapeseed cell is obviously different from other oilseeds.Rapeseed physical properties such as bulk density,frictional factor,module of elasticity and Poisson ratio as well as permeability and adsorbability have direct or indirect influence on oilseed transportation and squeezing.It is practical significant to improve oil extraction efficiency by selecting suitable pretreatment and the squeezing process according to rapeseed inherent characteristics. |
