摘    要:介绍了实验系统误差分析的基本原理,给出了换热器水侧换热量测试误差的表达式,研究了水侧换热量测试仪表最大允许误差的影响因素,分析了水温测试误差和压差测试误差对水侧换热量测试误差的影响,指出换热器进出口水温测试误差是影响换热器水侧换热量测试误差的主要因素。

Abstract:Presents the principle of the error analysis. Deduces a formula of measurement error for heat transfer in water side for surface-type heat-exchangers. Discusses the major factors influencing the maximum permissible error of the test instrumentation. Analyses the influence of water temperature and pressure measurement on heat transfer in water side. Stresses that the key factor of reducing the measurement error is water temperature measurement of in-out pipe of heat exchanger.
