| 摘 要： | 文章对高职院校核心竞争力内涵进行了深入研究。文章首先阐述了核心竞争力的概念,继而分析了高职院校核心竞争力的构成要素以及高职院校核心竞争力的六大特征,以期能为高职院校提升其核心竞争力提供有力的理论依据。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the connotation of core competene in higher vocational colleges in detail. Firstly, it expounds the concept of core competence, and then analyzes the components of core competence in higher vocational colleges and the six characteristics of core competence so as to provide strong theoretical basis for higher vocational colleges to enhance their core competence. |
