同步倒装新工艺吊装高低压放空火炬筒体

摘    要:龙岗天然气净化厂工程设计有高低压放空火炬各1座,因现场地形不具备火炬塔架及火炬整体扳吊或双机抬吊的条件,故编制了三种吊装方案。通过与大型履带吊车正装、卷扬机牵引单体倒装两种传统吊装工艺的对比分析,决定采用同步倒装法吊装高低压放空火炬筒体,并剖析了吊装中的关键控制环节。同步倒装法在该工程高低压放空火炬筒体吊装中成功运用。实践证明,该吊装工艺经济、安全、工期短,为以后大型厂站双筒体乃至多筒体的吊装施工奠定了基础。
