锂离子电池测试仪的设计与实现

摘    要:阐述交流注入模型参数辨识内阻测试算法。该方案以STM8SOO3嵌入式单片机为核心主控,加载交变电流于被测电池,采集实时电流、电压。通过参数辨识算法,测得电池的放电曲线、内阻和其他参数。以18650型锂离子电池为例,该测试仪测得的输出电压、放电容量等测量结果与AT526B型电池内阻测试仪测量结果的相对误差小于1%,电池内阻与AT526B型电池内阻测试仪测量结果的相对误差为3.11%。

Abstract:The test algorithm of parameter identification internal resistance for alternating current (AC) injection model was described. The control core of the scheme was STM8SOO3 embedded micro controller unit(MCU),loading AC in Li-ion battery and collecting real time current, voltage. The discharge curves, internal resistance and other parameters of the Li-ion battery were measured by the paiameter identification algorithm. Compared with the AT526B battery, the relative error of output voltage, discharge capacity for 18650 type Li-ion battery was less than 1%, while the relative enor of internal resistance was 3.11%.
