摘    要:日益严重的能源和环境问题对电力行业提出了低碳化发展的迫切要求,电网企业作为电力工业中的重要部门面临着严峻的挑战。作者阐述了低碳电网的新理念,分析了电网环节应对低碳发展的潜力,从电网设备低碳更新、电网低碳运行控制、电网低碳规划、电网低碳机制、低碳化用能方式等5个方面总结提出了实现低碳电网的技术途径。结合广东电网实际情况,...
