| 摘 要： | 重庆电力公司信息化支撑"五大"体系建设工作于2011年2月28日全面启动,整个工作分为信息系统适应性调整与信息化完善提升2个阶段。适应性调整改造主要内容是,根据"五大"组织机构调整、业务及流程变更、人员岗位变动等情况,完成对在运信息系统的调整和必要的改造,满足新的"五大"体系运转的需要,确保"五大"体系投运后各项工作正常开展;完善提升建设主要内容是,围绕公司"五大"建设目标,从五大专业应用、集约化保障、一体化平台支撑方面确定了一系列建设任务,以信息化手段促进公司管理创新和业务流程优化,提升公司科学发展水平,支撑"五大"建设目标的实现。
