| 摘 要： | 综述了国内外材料科学数据库的研究开发状况，讨论了目前材料数据库发展中存在的问题．结合国家科研基础条件平台建设项目，对电力能源材料科学数据共享平台的前期建设进行了总结，介绍了数据平台的框架结构和结点规划．

| Abstract: | The development of international materials database is reviewed.The problems in the application of the materials database are discussed.Combined with the project of the national scientific & technical platform,the preliminary work of the electric power materials database is included.Their framed structure and node planning are introduced. |
