Arxan,which lies on the border of China and Mongolia,has many particular nature resources and various cultures of different nations.At the precondition of protecting the environment,the authors advise to develop eco-agriculture and eco-stock-raising,pay attention to the opinions of local people and encourage them to involve in the decision-making of the local tourism industry.Besides,according to different characters of towns and cities,the region should be divided into different function areas in cooperation of tour-regions.Consequently,the dual-objects of protecting environment and developing tour-economic and the harmony between human and the nature can be achieved.
