反应条件对MoNiPCe/Al_2O_3上轻苯加氢脱硫的影响

摘    要:采用分步浸渍法制备了MoNiPCe/γ-Al2O3新型催化剂。在固定床反应器中考察了反应条件对轻苯加氢脱硫活性的影响。结果表明,在反应温度270℃、系统压力1.5Mpa、空速1h-1、氢油体积比300(v/v),轻苯脱硫转化率就达100%。

Abstract:New MoNiPCe/Al2O3 catalyst was prepared by stage-impregnation.The influences of reaction condition on hydrodesulfurization(HDS) activity of the catalysts were studied in a fixed-bed reactor.The results showed that the light benzene conversion of 100% was attained under reaction temperature 270 ℃,pressure 1.5Mpa,LHSV 1h-1 and hydrogen/oil ratio of 300.
