基于PSpice的电路容差分析

摘    要:采用PSpice提供的蒙特卡罗分析和最坏情况分析方法,对典型的二阶带通滤波器电路进行容差分析,模拟出电路元器件参数变化对电路性能的影响。所得结果对产品成品率与可靠性预测有很好的指导作用。借助此方法提高了电子产品设计的效率。

Abstract:In the paper,monte-carlo and worst case analysis of a typical circuit were researched by EDA software of PSpice,the influences to circuit performance by components parameters varying were simulated,accordingly the components parameters and circuit design were optimized.The analysis also forecasts the ratio of qualified products and reliability of production.It's a high effective way for circuit design.
