| 摘 要： | 建筑工程项目造价控制贯穿于项目建设的全过程,主要包括项目决策阶段的造价控制、工程设计阶段造价控制和工程施工阶段造价控制三大阶段。项目决策是建筑工程造价控制的重点,工程设计是建筑工程造价控制的关键。项目设计阶段造价控制要从优选设计单位、优化设计方案、积极推行限额设计和建立健全设计阶段的监理制度4个方面做起。
