本煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔带压封孔技术研究

摘    要:针对平煤集团十矿本煤层瓦斯抽采浓度偏低、钻孔有效抽放周期短的技术难题,在分析煤体特征的基础上,结合现有注浆工艺技术,提出了带压封孔的技术方法。阐述了带压封孔的基本原理,通过理论分析,确定了带压封孔工艺技术参数,3个月的工业性试验结果表明:应用带压封孔技术可提高本煤层瓦斯抽放浓度30%~55%,并可延长抽采钻孔的有效抽采时间40 d左右。
