| 摘 要： | 为了提高煤矿井下瓦斯抽采孔的钻孔深度和瓦斯抽采效果,采用煤矿井下近水平定向钻技术在煤层施工近水平长钻孔、多分支孔。系统介绍了该定向钻技术及不同煤层条件下成孔方法,然后根据定向钻孔在煤层施工特点,分析在煤层施工近水平定向钻孔所面临地质条件复杂、钻孔轨迹难控制、钻孔事故复杂等技术难点,总结现场施工经验,形成一套适合定向钻孔施工的常用钻具组合、施工流程、钻孔轨迹控制等工艺方法。该定向钻技术在杜儿坪煤矿、双柳煤矿的成功应用说明其满足最大孔深大于500 m和煤层钻遇率大于90%的瓦斯抽采孔施工要求。
