摘    要:在对钢筋混凝土框架进行抗震鉴定的基础上 ,对其进行有效的加固有着显著的经济和社会效益。由于工程技术人员水平各异 ,缺少有经验的工程技术人员 ,加之影响加固的因素复杂 ,加固方法多 ,工作量大 ,导致加固效果相差很大。基于专家经验基础上的钢筋混凝土框架抗震加固专家系统 ,可以用来对钢筋混凝土框架结构进行全面和有效的加固 ,并使复杂的抗震加固工作易于进行 ,达到设防的要求

Abstract:Based on the expert systems for seismic evaluation of the reinforced concrete frames(ESSEF),effective strengthening of the reinforced concrete frames could achieve notable economic and social benefits.Because not only there are few experienced engineers in seismic engineering and the engineers have different levels,but also there are many factors to be considered and lots of methods to be adopted,the strengthening effects differ greatly.ESSEF which are based on the domain expert experiences could be used to efficiently strengthen the frames and make the difficult work of strengthening to be done more conveniently to comply with the requirements of earthquake fortification.
