摘    要:为解决目前部队维修车组编制与部队作战力量体制不匹配问题,需要对各系列维修车组所携带的维修工具进行整合优化。在对不同型号的维修车组携带的维修设备进行选型时,针对功能相似的维修设备,需要将多个型号,多个品牌的设备进行对比分析,选出综合效益最高的一款设备。为此提出了基于熵权法和灰色关联度分析法的评价决策方案,该方案一方面能够对设备进行定量分析评价,另一方面能够减少由于人的主观评价而造成的信息偏差问题,为解决装备选型优化提供了一种新的决策方法。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of mismatch between the army maintenance team and the army combat force system,it is necessary to integrate and optimize the maintenance tools carried by each series of maintenance teams.When selecting the maintenance equipment carried by different types of maintenance vehicles,multiple models and brands of equipment should be compared and evaluated for which has similar functions and select the most cost-effective equipment from them.So an evaluation and decision scheme based on entropy weight method and grey relational degree analysis method is proposed for the combination of maintenance equipment with similar functions.On the one hand,the scheme can carry out quantitative analysis and evaluation of equipment,on the other hand,it can reduce the problem of information deviation caused by people's subjective evaluation and it provides a new decision-making method for equipment selection optimization.
