摘    要:在workbench平台下提出一种涡旋压缩机流场气体力对涡旋齿边界受力变形影响的瞬态流固耦合计算方法,建立了涡旋压缩机三维流场模型,采用RNG k-ε湍流模型对其工作过程进行模拟从而得到流场分布,流场压力分布沿齿高方向不均匀,曲轴转角90°时涡旋齿内外侧压差在齿头处最大。将流场边界压力载荷加载到涡旋齿边界上,得到任意曲轴转角下的涡旋齿的受力和变形分布,分析了流场变化对涡旋齿受力、变形的影响。得到了涡旋齿的受力和变形规律,此压力载荷施加方法与实际工作状态更接近,计算结果更贴近实际情况。

Abstract:A transient fluid-solid coupling method for calculating the effect of flow field gas force on the deformation of scroll tooth boundary is proposed on workbench platform.A three-dimensional flow field model of scroll compressor is established.The RNG k-e turbulence model is used to simulate the working process of scroll compressor.The flow field pressure distribution is uneven along the tooth height and the internal and external pressure of scroll tooth is obtained when the crankshaft angle is 90 degrees.The difference is greatest at the tooth head.The force and deformation distribution of the scroll teeth at any crankshaft angle are obtained by loading the pressure load of the boundary of the flow field.The influence of the flow field on the force and deformation of the scroll teeth is analyzed.The force and deformation law of the scroll teeth are obtained.The method of applying pressure load is closer to the actual working condition,and the calculation results are closer to the actual situation.
