摘    要:地铁转向架轮对组成是影响列车安全运行的关键部件,由于其故障频次高、维修难度大,因此在设计时考虑其维修性至关重要。在对维修工艺和故障模式进行分析和指标量化的基础上,提出引入轮廓系数的K-Means维修模块聚类的方法,实现轮对组成面向维修性的模块划分。首先,根据各零部件的维修工艺和故障模式,分别确定其难易程度指标和故障间隔时间指标;其次,实现零部件面向维修性的聚类,并引入轮廓系数判别划分结果的合理性;最后根据地铁实际维修数据,实现轮对组成的维修模块划分并探讨相应的维修策略。

Abstract:The wheelset assembly of metro bogie is a key component affecting the safe operation of the train.It’s very important to consider its maintainability in design because of its high frequency of failure and difficulty in maintenance.A method of K-Means clustering with silhouette coefficient is proposed to realize the module division of wheelset assembly for maintainability,which is based on the analysis of the maintenance process and failure mode and the quantification of the indexes.Firstly,the difficulty level index and the fault interval time index are respectively determined according to the maintenance process and failure mode of each component.Secondly,the clustering of parts for maintainability is realized,and the silhouette coefficient is introduced to judge the rationality of the division result;Finally,a scheme of module division for maintainability is obtained according to the actual maintenance data of the metro bogie and the corresponding maintenance strategy is discussed.
