Abstract: | In the paper, electrodynamic parameters of open longitudinally magnetized n-InSb waveguides have been analysed by means of singular integral equations. Waveguide's cross — section shapes are made of rectangles. Dispersion characteristics certainly depend on the shapes and may be essentially different. Particularly one waveguide has high frequency cut-off of the first higher mode in the band under consideration. Dependence of propagation constant on carrier concentration is nonlinear for every computed waveguide. |
