摘    要:根据大型水轮发电机通风系统的对称性,把定子温度场的求解区域确定为半齿、半槽、轴向半个铁心段的分析范围,并给出一些基本假设及相应的边界条件,确定了各散热面的表面散热系数。在此基础上应用有限元法的通用软件ANSYS,对大型水轮发电机定子温度场进行分析与计算,绘制了相应温度场图。

Abstract:Base on the construction symmetry of ventilating system in hydroelectric generator, the stator temperature field analysis area is determined as the range of half tooth, half slot, and half axial height. The simplified hypothesis and corresponding border conditions are provided in order to solve simply. In addition, heat conductive coefficient of iron core and stator winding considering the insulation layer and heat dissipation coefficient of each surface are confirmed. Using the finite element method software ANSYS, the stator temperature field of the hydroelectric generator is analyzed and calculated, the corresponding temperature field picture is given.
