| 摘 要： | 砂的粒径分布对砂浆的强度有重要影响。本文研究了砂的粒径分布对地面用水泥基自流平材料的流动度、强度的影响。结果表明,相同流动度下,不同粒径分布时,用水量不同,强度不同。需要一定量的细颗粒填充在粗颗粒的空隙中,使结构密实。砂的粒径分布存在一个最佳值,此时抗折强度和抗压强度最大。

| Abstract: | The particle size distribution of sand has a large influence on mortar strength.In this paper the effect of the particle size distribution of sand on the fluidity and strength of self-Leveling Material of Floor is explored.The results indicate:the water consumption and strength are different under different surface area with the same fluidity.Some tiny particles are required to fill the interspace of large particles and make the structure closed-grain.The flexural strength and compressive strength is highest when the particle size distribution is reasonable. |
