微细水泥/漂珠低密度水泥浆体系的研制

摘    要:利用颗粒级配和紧密堆积理论,制备了密度为1.20~1.30g/cm^3的微细水泥/漂珠低密度水泥浆体系。确定了其最佳配方:微细水泥与G级油井水泥质量比为1:1,微硅加量6.0%,降失水剂SZ1—2加量1.5%,早强剂CK21加量2.0%,分散剂SXY加量1.4%,漂珠加量30%-60%,空心玻璃珠加量10%~20%,水灰比0.58—0.62。在50℃下,考察了该低密度水泥浆的抗压强度、失水性、流变性等,结果表明,该体系具有早期强度高、稳定性好、稠化时间可调等优点,适用于低压易漏地层及超长封固段的固井施工。

Abstract:A kind of fine cement/floating bead low - density cement slurry with a density of 1.20 - 1.30 g/cm^3 was developed based on grain composition and close packing theory. Its optimal formula was as follows: the ratio of fine cement to G - grade well cement 1 : 1 ( w/w), micro silicon 6.0%, fluid loss additive SZ1 - 2 1.5% , early strength agent CK21 2.0%, dispersant SXY 1.4% , floating bead 30% - 60% , hollow glass bead 10% -20% , water/cement ratio 0.58 -0.62. The compression strength, fluid loss characteristic, and rheological characteristic of the prepared cement slurry system at 50℃ were evaluated. The system showed high early strength, good stability and adjustable thickening time and was suitable for cementing operation in low pressure leaking formations and ultra -long isolation sections.
