硅藻土高效生物流化床A/O工艺

硅藻土高效生物流化床A/O(Anoxic/Oxic)工艺是活性污泥法和生物膜法与物化法的结合工艺。在A/O生物反应池内投加硅藻土之类的载体,使之悬浮在混合液中,依靠载体表面附着生长的多菌群生物膜来提高生物反应池内活性污泥的浓度和活性;同时池内载体呈流化状态,载体、污水和空气在反应池内翻滚流动,实现载体与气相、液相、气液相之间的充分混合;载体始终悬浮于液(气)体中并剧烈运动,具有类似液体的自由流动性,强化了物质的扩散过程,提高了生化反应速度和吸附过滤效果,从而达到高效去除污染物、净化污水的目的。

Diatomite high efficiency biological fluidized bed A/O(Anoxic/Oxic) process is a combination of active sludge process and biofilm method.Put the vector like diatomite into the A/O bio-reaction tank and let it suspended in the mixed liquid,and the biofilm of multiple bacterial groups grown on the surface of the vector will raise the concentration and activity of the active sludge in the bio-reaction tank,and the vector in the tank is flui-idized,which is turning and flowing in the tank with the sewage and air,and is fully mixed between the gas,liquid and gas-liquid phases.The vector always suspends in the liquid(gas) and moves fiercely like liquid,intensifying diffusion and accelerating biochemical reaction and absorptive and filtration effect for highly effective removal of pollutants and clarification of sewage.
