摘    要:为改善快走丝电火花线切割加工的表面粗糙度,提高模具加工的质量和使用寿命,分析了快走丝电火花线切割加工条件中放电参数、工作液和电极丝对零件表面粗糙度的影响,并在此基础上提出了改善零件表面粗糙度的相应措施和方法。

Abstract:In order to improve the surface roughness of the fast wire EDM wire cutting, and improve the quality and life of mold machining, the paper analyzed the effects of the fast wire EDM wire cutting processing conditions of the discharge parameters, the working fluid and the electrode wire on the part surface roughness, and on this basis, the appropriate measures and methods to improve the surface roughness were put forward.
