| 摘 要： | 在高压管道施工过程中，针对管道清洁度、焊缝质量、管道固定三个主要环节，采取了预先制做阀门与法兰短节组合、氩弧焊打底，手工焊盖面焊接方式；焊前对管材加热和焊接后退火处理方式，全过程分别对各工序管道内清洁度控制，精心调整管卡间隙等质量控制措施，确保了系统循环清洗，试压一次合格。

| Abstract: | According to three main links of pipe cleanness, we lding seam quality, pipe fixed, the paper takes the measure of combining valve with flange short no de in advance, argon arc welding for bottom and hand welding for cover, heating pipe before welding, annealing after welding, takes quality control measures of pipe cleanness control in all process, carefully adjusting pipe clip gap and so on in construction of high pressure pipe. It ensures cycle cleaning of system, p ressure test is successful only once. |
