440t/h循环流化床锅炉水冷壁磨损原因分析和对策研究

循环流化床锅炉以高效、环保、燃料适应性好等优点得到迅速推广和应用,但炉内大量存在的床料、循环物料和烟气中的飞灰对水冷壁产生剧烈磨损,使得水冷壁管减薄、磨穿,甚至导致停炉。文章结合作者多年的锅炉检验经验,对循环流化床锅炉水冷壁磨损机理进行了探讨,对水冷壁磨损发生的主要部位及磨损原因进行了分析,提出一些切实可行的具有现实指导意义的防磨措施。

Cause Analysis and Countermeasures of Water Wall Abrasion of 440 t/h CFB Boilers

The circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boilers are spreaded rapidly with their characteristics of high efficieney,low pollution emission and good fuel flexibility.However the great amount of bed materials,circulating materials existing in the furnace chamber and fly ash in the flue gas result in the serious abrasion of water wall,which causes the water wall tube thickness to reduce greatly,wear through even leading to forced outage of boiler.The paper,based on the boiler inspection experiences of the anthor,appmaches the abrasion mechanism of water wall tubes of CFB boilers,analyzes the main abrasion parts and causes of water wall tubes,and puts forward some practical and effective anti-abrasive measures.
