稀土6063铝合金热变形性能研究

摘    要:
采用金属型铸造获得稀土6063铝合金铸坯,并进行高温拉伸和高温压缩试验,以研究稀土6063铝合金的热变形性能.结果表明,稀土6063铝合金较佳的热变形加工温度为440~550℃.

Abstract:
The casting blanks of 6063 aluminum alloy with RE were poured in metallic mould,and the high-temperature tensile and high-temperature compression tests were performed to find out its hot workability.The results show that the preferable hot working temperatures range from 440 ℃ to 550 ℃.
