新型高合金钢渗碳齿轮心部硬度研究

摘    要:17CrNiMo6钢是一种典型的齿轮用钢。采用齿形试样研究了不同模数的17CrNiMo6钢齿轮经渗碳淬火后齿根下截面中心的硬度,测定了有效硬化层深度所对应的含碳量。结果表明,齿根下截面中心部位的硬度随齿轮模数和齿根下截面厚度的增加而有规律地降低,预测硬度值与实测值相符合,不同模数齿形试样有效硬化层深度所对应的含碳量也不相同。

Abstract:17CrNiMo6 steel is a typical steel for use with gear.The hardness in the lower-section centre of the root of gears of different modules was investigated by using tooth-shaped samples of 17CrNiMo6 steel after carburizing and hardening,and the carbon level corresponding to the effective hardening depth was measured as well.The results indicate that the hardness in the lower-section centre of the root will regularly decrease with the increase of the gear module and the lower-section thickness of the root;that the predicted hardness value will accord with the value practically detected and that the effective hardening depths of tooth-shaped specimens of different modules will correspond to different carbon contents.
