摘    要:射孔弹数值仿真系统主要包括射孔弹数值模拟计算方法、数值模型建立、数值分析软件系统等。在装药条件不变的前提下,利用该仿真系统优化药型罩密度和屈服强度并对计算结果进行比较。通过比较发现,降低药型罩密度的同时提高药型罩的屈服强度有助于提高穿孔孔径;为此,添加某种材料并按照不同比例分成6种配方进行试验。仿真结果与实验结果的最大误差为12%。

Abstract:The numerical simulation system for shaped charges includes numerical method, numerical simulating model and data analysis software, etc. Under the precondition of the same explosive structure, we use this system to calculate the liner density and its yield strength. After comparing the calculated results, we found that ,enhancing the strength while reducing the density is helpful in improving the perforation tunnels. For this purpose, a new kind of material is added into the liners which are divided into six ingredients in different proportions. The maximum error between the simulated result and the tested one is only 12%.
