半煤岩巷过断层安全技术研究

摘    要:为探究巷道过断层破碎带时的安全控制技术,以1203运输顺槽为研究对象,分析研究了巷道破坏特征,设计采用以挖底方式和联合支护方式过断层,能够有效避免断层破碎带对巷道稳定性的影响。采取措施后1203巷道变形稳定时间较长,锚杆受力也较均匀,表明巷道过断层后能够维持整体完整性,符合工作面安全生产的要求。

Abstract:In order to explore the safety control technology when the roadway passes through the fault fracture zone,this paper takes the 1203 transport gateway of Zhengjia Coal Industry as the research object,analyzes and studies the failure characteristics of the roadway,and the bottom excavation and combined support are designed to pass through the fault,which can effectively avoid the influence of the fault fracture zone on the stability of the roadway.After taking measures,the deformation stability time of the 1203 roadway is longer,and the bolt stress is more uniform,which shows that the overall integrity of roadway can be maintained after passing through fault,which meets the requirements of safety production of working face.
