3412工作面瓦斯综合治理方案设计及应用

摘    要:为解决贺西煤矿3412工作面掘进和回采期间瓦斯治理问题,结合工作面瓦斯、煤层赋存情况,设计巷道掘进前超前预抽瓦斯、巷道掘进期间本煤层瓦斯抽采方案、工作面回采期间初采前工作面裂隙带抽采及回采期间上隅角抽采瓦斯方案。通过现场应用实践,工作面瓦斯抽采纯量达到6.31 m3/min,瓦斯预抽效率达到了43.1%,为工作面正常掘进和回采提供保障。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of gas control during the driving and mining of 3412 working face in Hexi Coal Mine,combined with the gas of working face,geological conditions of coal seam and analysis of gas source,the scheme of gas drainage in advance before roadway excavation,the scheme of gas drainage in this coal seam during roadway driving,the scheme of gas drainage in fracture zone of working face before initial mining and gas drainage in upper corner during mining period are designed.Through the field application practice,the pure amount of gas drainage reaches 6.31m3/min,and the gas pre drainage rate of working face reaches 43.1%,which meets the requirements of gas drainage standard during the working face driving and mining.
