高瓦斯超长综放工作面瓦斯治理技术

摘    要:为了解决工作面煤体瓦斯含量高,影响工作面安全开采的问题,结合高河煤矿E2306工作面地质情况,采用本煤层顺层钻孔对工作面瓦斯进行采前预抽和回采过程中边采边抽,同时配合高位大孔径钻孔和沿空留巷柔模体埋管的方式对采空区瓦斯进行抽采治理。工作面回采过程中,上隅角瓦斯浓度平均值为0.52%,回风顺槽瓦斯平均浓度为0.36%,保证了工作面安全生产。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of high gas content in working face,which affects the safe mining of working face,combined with the geological conditions of the E2306 working face in Gaohe Coal Mine,the coal seam bedding boreholes are used for pre drainage of gas in working face before mining and drainage while mining in the process of mining.At the same time,the high-level large-diameter boreholes and gob side entry retaining flexible model buried pipe are used for gas drainage in goaf.In the mining process of working face,the average gas concentration of upper corner is 0.52%,and the average gas concentration of return air chute is 0.36%,which ensures the safety production of working face.
