1905S工作面上隅角瓦斯综合治理技术研究及应用

摘    要:为解决福城煤矿1905S工作面上隅角瓦斯超限问题,通过分源预测法进行工作面瓦斯涌出量预测,采用高位裂隙钻孔抽采、高抽巷抽采与上隅角插管抽采相结合的方法来进行瓦斯治理。结果表明:高位钻孔最佳抽采位置为距离煤层顶板上方15~30 m,终孔位置内错工作面回风巷20~30 m;工作面上隅角瓦斯浓度日平均值降到0.3%~0.45%,工作面回风流瓦斯浓度降到0.08%~0.28%。

Abstract:For the purpose of solving the problem of gas exceeding limit in the upper corner of the 1905 S face of Fucheng Coal Mine,the gas emission prediction of the working face is carried out by the method of source separation prediction,and the gas treatment is carried out by combining the high fissure borehole drainage,the high roadway drainage and the upper corner intubation drainage.The results show that the best extraction position of high-level borehole is 15-30 m above the coal seam roof,the daily average gas concentration in the upper corner of the working face is reduced to 0.3%-0.45%,and the gas concentration in the working face is reduced to 0.08%-0.28%.
