耦合让均压支护技术在蠕动变形顶板中应用

摘    要:基于马脊梁矿5127巷掘进期间应力区顶板蠕动变形严重,导致巷道顶板锚杆(索)支护失效、断裂、变形等现象,根据巷道原支护现状分析了蠕动变形区顶板支护失效原因,提出了耦合让均压支护技术。通过实际应用效果来看,该支护技术实现了锚杆(索)与顶板耦合支护作用,锚杆(索)失效率降低至2%以下,应力区顶板蠕动变形量控制在0.14 m以下。

Abstract:Based on the phenomena of failure,fracture and deformation of roof bolt(cable)support in roadway roof caused by serious creep deformation in stress zone during the 5127 roadway excavation,the failure reason of roof support in peristaltic deformation zone is analyzed according to the present situation of roadway original support,and the coupling let-off pressure support technology is put forward.According to the practical application effect,the coupling support between bolt(cable)and roof is realized after the support technology.The failure rate of bolt(cable)is reduced to less than 2%,and the creep deformation of roof in stress zone is controlled below 0.14 m.
