中空锚索注浆加固技术在2-107工作面超前支护的应用

摘    要:基于动压巷道控制理论和中空注浆锚索加固机理,设计了干河煤矿2-107工作面中空锚索注浆加固超前支护方案。工业性试验结果表明,中空锚索注浆加固超前支护技术方案可行,从而解决了工作面超前支护存在的支护强度低、支护难度大和劳动强度高的问题。

Abstract:Based on the control theory of dynamic pressure roadway and the reinforcement mechanism of hollow grouting anchor cable,the advanced support scheme of hollow anchor cable grouting reinforcement in 2-107 working face of Ganhe Coal Mine is designed.The industrial test results show that the technical scheme of hollow anchor cable grouting reinforcement advance support is feasible,so as to solve the problems of low support strength,difficult support and high labor intensity existing in the advance support of working face.
