地铁车站穿过既有环线施工技术

摘    要:对地铁车站穿过既有环线施工进行了设计,根据工程情况,对地层进行了注浆加固,并利用夯管法进行了地层预加固,分别进行了夯管参数的设计,对堵头墙用钢格栅+连接筋+网喷混凝土进行支撑,在既有区间与车站拱顶之间土体内采用水平跟踪注浆技术。施工中对既有线进行了加固。

Abstract:In this paper, construction of subway station through the existing ring road is designed. Based on the engineering case, grouting reinforcement the layer of the earth, using the pipe ramming method for reinforcement of the stratum, and designing the ramming parameter, using the steel grille + connecting reinforcing steel bar + insufflate concrete with steel net to support the plug wall, the soil be- tween the existing interval and station vault using horizontal track grouting technology. And reinforcing the existing lines during the construction.
