多层混采原油分层产能贡献监测色谱技术

摘    要:提出了多层混采原油分层产能贡献色谱烃指纹浓度的非线性理论,并在大庆油田主力产油区萨尔图试验区混采油井进行了试验验证.采用多流测试器测试工艺技术(MFE)对两口井现场取分层油样并求产.通过实验室原油模拟配比实验、色谱烃指纹内标法绝对定量分析建立了化学模型,利用神经网络方法建立了多层混采原油分层产能贡献非线性数学模型,实现了4层混采油井的分层产能贡献模拟计算.现场监测结果对比表明,绝对偏差不大于3.3%,相对偏差不大于6.6%.同时利用试验区主井分层原油建立了监测模板,对其他混采油副井进行了分层产能监测.该技术具有适用性强、投资少、周期短、准确、快速等特点,有推广应用的前景.

Abstract:Nonlinear theory for chromatography fingerpinting concentration of hydrocarbon in dynamic monitor process of productivity contribution in single zone of multiple-zone production was presented.This theory has been applied to oil wells in Sartu area.Oil of single zone was taken samples from two wells in the main oil production area.The oil productivity contributions of all single zones in the two wells were determined with multiple flow evaluator (MFE) technique.A chemical model was built,by means of oil allocation ratio test in laboratory and absolute quantitative analysis on chromatography fingerprinting concentration of hydrocarbons.A nonlinear mathematical model for determining the productivity contribution of single zone in multi-zone production was developed by using neural network method.The productivity of single zone in four-zone mixed production well was calculated and compared with the field-monitored result.Its absolute deviation is less than 3.3 percent,and the relative deviation is less than 6.6 percent.The monitor standard for oil of single zone in the main well of the test area was established and used to monitor the productivity of single zone in the auxiliary wells.This method has the advantages of good practicality,less investment and high-precision monitoring,as well as broad prospect of application.
