煤炭企业风险多级模糊综合评价方法的研究

摘    要:根据相关的法律法规和技术标准,结合煤炭企业的实际情况,建立了煤炭开采自然风险、安全管理风险、安全技术风险和市场风险4个一级指标、21个二级指标和142三级指标组成的煤炭企业风险评价指标体系.采用层次分析法确定煤炭企业风险评价指标的权重,并建立了煤炭企业多级模糊综合风险评价模型,确定煤炭企业的风险等级.

Abstract:Based on related laws,regulations,technical standards as well as situations in coal enterprises,the index system of risk evaluation was established,including natural risks,safety management risks,safety technology risks and market risks with 4 primary indexes,21 secondary ones and 142 third ones.the reasonable and feasible AHP was selected,and the comprehensive model of by stages of multilevel fuzzy risk evaluation was built.The risk level of the Coal Industry Group was determined
