| 摘 要： | 根据相关的法律法规和技术标准,结合煤炭企业的实际情况,建立了煤炭开采自然风险、安全管理风险、安全技术风险和市场风险4个一级指标、21个二级指标和142三级指标组成的煤炭企业风险评价指标体系.采用层次分析法确定煤炭企业风险评价指标的权重,并建立了煤炭企业多级模糊综合风险评价模型,确定煤炭企业的风险等级.
