板状拉伸试样开肩专用铣床研制

摘    要:根据板状带头(肩)拉伸试样加工原理,将原采用的板状拉伸试样单面开肩加工方法应用于双面开肩,采用目前国内现有的设备结构型式及制造技术,根据已掌握的试样加工技术设计了专用铣床各项技术参数,配置了液压夹具,所设计的适用于板状拉伸试样的双面开肩铣床,保证了对板状拉伸试样宽度尺寸、两头部轴线与平行部分轴线的偏差、两加工平面平行度及表面粗糙度要求,通过金相检验,所采用的加工方法无受过热引起组织变化。用双面开肩铣床进行拉伸试样开肩技术,操作简单,便于一般技术工人掌握,比原单面开肩方式工作效率提高1倍,劳动强度降低50%。

Abstract:In this paper, the one side machining method for plate tensile sample was applied in two sides machining according to the working principle of plate tensile sample. The existing domestic equipment structure type and technology was introduced. The all technical parameters were designed for special milling machine and the hydraulic pressure clamp was collocated on the basis of samples machining technology mastered. The two sides milling machine for plate tensile sample can meet the requirements of the width of samples, the deviation between the axes of the parallel part and two ends, the surface parallel and roughness of samples. The microstructure of surface machined was not caused change by the overheat of machining procedure. The two sides milling machine is simple to operation, easy to master for ordinary workers. It can improve the efficiency two times and decrease the labor intensity 50 % than single side milling machine.
