| Abstract: | The article has reviewed and analyzed the theory of industrial ecology system.＂Gasified Shanxi＂ will provide the perfect symbiotic interface for development of industrial ecology in Shanxi Province.IES will promote the future sustainable development of Shanxi Province.Meanwhile,this article discusses the high carbon dilemma which Shanxi Province faced in the process of economic development.Pointed out that ＂Gasified Shanxi＂ is the strategic breach of reforming development.Finally,put forward the proposal to promote implementation of the strategy. |
