| 摘 要： | 为满足高压输气管线的发展,近年来开发了以针状铁素体组织为特征的高性能管线钢.与传统的铁素体珠光体组织的管线钢相比,针状铁素体组织的高等级管线钢在满足高强度的同时,还具有更高低温韧性和低的韧脆转变温度,其优良的性能得益于钢质纯净、组织均匀的低碳针状铁素体组织.介绍了宝山钢铁股份有限公司开发研制的针状铁素体管线钢的发展及其工程应用情况.

| Abstract: | In order to meet the requirements of high pressure gas pipeline developments,in recent years spiny ferrite pipeline steel was developed.Comparing with traditional pear ferrite pipeline steel,spiny ferrite pipeline steel owns not high strength,also owns high roughness in lower temperature and low roughness-bristle traverse curve.Its good properties are caused by low carbon ferrite pipeline steel with purity grain and uniform structure.The article introduces developments and applications of spiny ferrite pipeline steel developed by Baoshan Steel Company. |
