| 摘 要： | 二滩水电站的建设是部分利用世行贷款，采用国际招标方式兴建并按国际惯例实施项目管理．其中工程师的现场协调管理是合同管理中的一项重要内容。本文结合二滩土建工程合同管理情况阐述了工程师的现场协调作用、协调依据以及协词程序，并提供了适当的案例加以说明，可为国内类似工程提供参考。

| Abstract: | The Ertan hydropower station is being constructed partially by means of The World Bank loans invited international bids. Item management is implemented according to international practice. Field coordinated management by engineer is a key item in contract magagement. According to civil engineering contract magagement at Ertan,the author presents function. basis and procedure of field coordination by engineer with proper cases. They are for reference to similar projects in China. |
