摘    要:影响二氧化双环戊二烯环氧树脂(DCPDE)固化的主要因素为固化剂、促进剂、固化温度和时间等。采用热重分析(TGA)法、红外光谱(FT-IR)法和X射线衍射(XRD)法等手段对固化物的性能进行表征,系统研究了各因素对DCPDE固化特性的影响。结果表明:DCPDE的固化工艺可采取程序升温的方式,即"120℃/6 h→160℃/6 h→200℃/8 h";以顺酐为固化剂、甘油为促进剂时,DCPDE固化物的热稳定性较高,并且色泽均一;固化体系的最佳配比为n(DCPDE)∶n(顺酐)∶n(甘油)=1∶1∶0.3。

Abstract:The influences of main factors(namely curing agent,accelerant,curing temperature,curing time and other factors) were systematically investigated on the curing performances of dicyclopentadiene dioxide epoxy resin(DCPDE).The performances of curing produce were characterized by thermogravimetry(TGA),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and other analysis methods.The results showed that the DCPDE’s curing technology(namely 120 ℃/6 h→160 ℃/6 h→200 ℃/8 h) were determined by procedure calefaction.The DCPDE’s curing product had higher thermal stability and better uniformity of colour and lustre when cis-butenedioic anhydride and glycerol were used as curing agent and accelerant respectively.The optimum molar ratio of n(DCPDE)∶n(cis-butenedioic anhydride)∶n(glycerol) was 1∶1∶0.3 for curing system.
