Zn、A1改性Cu/SiO2催化剂及其对草酸二甲酯加氢合成乙二醇催化性能的影响

摘    要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备Cu/Si02催化剂.考察助剂Zn、A1对Cu/SiO2催化剂在草酸二甲酯(DMO)加氢合成乙二醇(EG)催化反应中催化性能及其稳定性的影响,并采用TPR、BET、XRD等方法表征催化剂结构.结果表明:加入助剂zn后,Cu/SiO2催化剂的催化活性有所提高,在反应温度205℃、压力常压、氢酯摩尔比80、液时空速0.4h-1条件下,草酸二甲酯加氢制乙二醇的收率达到97%;加入助剂A1后,在同样的反应条件下,Cu/SiO2催化剂的催化活性有所降低,乙二醇的收率为90%左右.在催化剂中加入助剂zn、A1后,催化剂的稳定性均有所下降,在反应3h后,DMO的转化率开始逐渐降低.

Abstract:The influences of Zn, AI promoters on the catalytic performance of Cu/SiO2 catalyst in the ethylene glycol synthesis from dimethyl oxalate (DMO) hydrogenation were studied. Cu/SiO2 catalysts were prepared by sol-gel method, and Zn and AI were loaded by additive of nitrate. The catalytic performances of the prepared catalysts were investigated under conditions of 205 ℃, the pressure is 0. 1 MPa, n(H2):n(DMO) = 80,LHSV = 0.4 h-1. The experimental results showed that Zn promoted catalysts showed a higher performance than Cu/SiO2, with EG yield of 97 %, and A1 promoted catalysts showed a lower performance with EG yield of 90 %. Characterizations of XRD, H2-TPR, BET revealed the catalytic performance was affected by the structure of the catalyst.
